We specialize in indoor studio classes and outdoor seasonal vinyasa flows at our two locations in Lincoln, New Hampshire and Charlton, New York!

Meet Your Instructor
Tristin has been loving and practicing yoga since 2014.
In 2021, with no offerings in her own neighborhood community, Tristin brought yoga into Charlton, NY by teaching outdoors classes and private sessions. Her work has grown into the current Yoga On The Lawn wellness community.
In 2019, she completed her first 200 hour teacher training at The Hot Yoga Spot in Saratoga Springs, NY with High Peaks Teacher Training. Her initial goal was to advance her own personal practice and knowledge of yoga, however she found joy in connecting with other students and building sequences. After she graduated Tristin immediately began teaching yoga to seniors at the Saratoga Senior Center.
In 2020, Tristin started her 500 training program with Jason Crandall based out of San Francisco, CA. (www.jasonyoga.com). Tristin completed more hours toward her 500 hours training with Jason Crandall at TriYoga in London in August 2022 and at Mission Yoga in London in December 2023.
In 2025, Tristin completed a 50-hour Rocket Yoga Teacher Training with David Kyle at the Miami Life Center in Florida.
Tristin also joined the team as an instructor at The Hot Spot where she loves teaching vinyasa style classes and power flows. Tristin can also be found flowing with furry friends at "Into the Woods Farm" where she teaches outdoor goat yoga classes from May through October.

We are located in the beautiful White Mountains in New Hampshire close to Franconia Notch State Park.

MAPLE AVE - Charlton, NY
We are also located outside of Saratoga Springs, NY in a quaint country town called Charlton.
Studio Hours:
Wednesday - 6:15 PM - 7:30 PM
*If you are signed up for a workshop or tea service, it may be outside of Studio Hours but your time and date will be honored for the event.
