Whether you are a new student or have been practicing yoga for years, we are happy you found us and want to make this a positive experience for you!

Mat & Equipment Rentals
We encourage you to bring your own equipment to the studio and offer blocks and straps at the studio free of charge.
We rent mats and towels if you forget to bring your own. We have mats, towels, and water for rent/sale @ $3 each.

Cancellation & Payment Policy
There is a 12 hour cancelation policy for all reservations.
We accept cash, Venmo and all major credit cards. No refunds.
Class packs are valid from one year of purchase, after which time they expire.
NY and NH tax will be added to all purchases as required by these states.

Sauna Rules
We ask that you please place a towel under your body while in the sauna to catch sweat in consideration of other guests.
We provide towels for the sauna service and a hamper for you to drop off soiled towels for laundering. We ask that you take your soiled towel out of the sauna when finished with the service.
Please remain clothed while using the sauna. Please drink plenty of water while using the sauna. We offer a bathroom on site with a shower available to you after sauna usage.
We prohibit the use of alcohol, smoking or vaping on the property and try to promote a healthy environment for our patrons.

Parking
We have a local free municipal parking lot on Church Street kitty corner to 19 Church St or on the right side of the Fire Station if you are facing the fire station.
We also have street parking on Church St, please be considerate and respectful of the NO PARKING ZONES in front of the Fire Station. Do not park in the No Parking Zones.
We also have free street parking on Main St (Rt 112), which is short walking distance to 19 Church.
We have 3 parking spaces on site on the backside of 19 Church St (Coolidge St) however, Coolidge does not offer street parking. These 3 spaces on sight are first come first serve.
